It is true that we have not seen each other before but as you may know it takes a day to know a good person.
As I told you before this funds was deposited by my late father for onward transfer and investment to his foriegn partners account before his untimly death, and my late father did not mentioned the name of the foriegn partner who he wishes to transfer the money to, so after his death I have been to the bank as the only son and the next of kin to this funds and the bank director told me to provide them with my foriegn partner who i wish the funds to be transfer to his account because there was an aggrement made between the bank and my late father the day he made this deposit that no funds will be with draw or add to this money unless is transfered out.
